I’m Nicole.
No matter where you are in your career and life, coaching is a supported process for tapping into the confidence, clarity, and brilliance needed to get you where you want to go. At its simplest, it can be about leveling-up in your career. At its most prolific, it can be an expansion of consciousness.
My approach to coaching establishes trust, first and foremost. From there, we dive deeply into values, motivations, perspectives, and opportunities. I’ve coached leaders and teams at all stages of growth, and throughout my training and experiences, I’ve cultivated a rich toolset, which you’ll gain access to in our sessions. We’ll play with self-reflection, mindfulness, neuroscience, spirituality (where appropriate), astrology (where welcome), and even quantum mechanics.
